Project Leader
Essential Job Responsibilities:
 |
Team leadership via matrix interactions across functions including regulatory affairs, clinical development (including CRO), pharmacokinetics, legal, CM&C, and preclinical.

Lead the development of the product Development Plan (DP); maintain, and manage the execution of the current DP (throughout lifecycle).

 |
Identify critical path items and dependencies between the activities, monitor critical path activities to ensure alignment with strategy, and provide status reports to senior management.
|
 |
Track and work with project team and functional leaders to ensure timely and proactive action to address any deviation (or potential) which could affect meeting the project plan goals.
|
 |
Identify critical risks and assumptions and transparently communicate them to the CMO and senior management.
|
 |
Collaborates with functional leaders to provide guidance to senior management on estimated resource requirements (timelines, $, people and other resource needs) for the project to assure delivery of Team goals.
|
 |
Provide leadership and support to project teams by developing baseline MS Project schedules for all projects in alignment with corporate objectives and providing oversight across projects and functions for critical path activities.

Qualifications / Experience:
 |
A Bachelor's degree is required, a PharmD or PhD is preferred.
|
 |
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Oncology is required.
|
 |
Knowledge of pharmaceutical business, worldwide drug development and regulatory processes.
|
 |
Independent thinking, creativity and innovation.
|
 |
Ability to anticipate project-related and cross-functional issues recommending adequate strategies and solutions.

 |
